Public notice setting record date for stock split
At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on April 12, 2022, a resolution was passed to split the Company's common stock into 1,000 shares, effective May 1, 2022. Accordingly, the Company hereby gives public notice that the record date for the right to receive allotment of shares as a result of this stock split has been set as May 10, 2022. In conjunction with the above stock split, the total number of authorized shares as stipulated in Article 5 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation was changed from 10,000 shares to 1,000,000 shares as of May 11, 2022.
